What our neighbors say
A few favorites from our Google reviews.
Reid did a GREAT job cleaning our siding and the windows, screens AND storm windows of our Colonial Williamsburg style home, a job that required a lot of patience! We appreciate the work.
Keaton's service was excellent. He was very friendly and professional. He arrived early and got right to work. The house and windows were quite dirty. He cleaned everything up nicely and now the house and windows look beautiful. I recommend his service and would definitely use him again.
We had outdoor lights put in by them and window cleaning. They do a fantastic job and really care about their customers.
I had my deck cleaned and prepped for staining. It looks great. Saved me much time and work. Also reasonably priced. Very pleased.
On time, polite and professional, reasonable pricing, and follow up from owner. Job well done!

Meet Keaton, the owner
“We don’t cut corners, we clean them.”
I started Premo’s in 2020 when I was 15 and my mom had to drive me to jobs. Six years later, the goal is the same: show up on time, communicate clearly, and leave every home looking better than we found it. Our whole team comes from Young Life, so when you hire Premo’s you’re supporting a local business with values you can trust.

Questions homeowners ask
How much does it cost, and is the estimate free?
Estimates are always free. Exterior window cleaning starts at $149, gutter cleaning at $149, pressure washing at $199, and house washing and roof cleaning at $299. Your final price depends on the size of your home, its condition, access, and which areas you want cleaned. We confirm your price before any work begins.
Do I need to be home?
Usually not. Interior window cleaning needs someone home to let us in. Exterior windows, gutters, house washing and pressure washing can usually be done while you’re away, as long as we can reach the work areas and an outdoor spigot. We send before and after photos when you’re not there.
Is soft washing safe for my siding and plants?
Yes. We never use high pressure on siding. Siding, brick and stucco get a low-pressure soft wash that breaks down algae and mildew, then a gentle rinse. We pre-treat and post-treat the landscaping around the work area to protect your plants.
What is the 7-day rain guarantee?
If rain spots your freshly cleaned windows within 7 days, we’ll come back and touch them up. It applies to window cleaning.
How often should I clean my windows and gutters?
Most West Michigan homes do well with windows once or twice a year (spring and fall) and gutters twice a year (late spring and late fall). Homes with lots of trees, common in Rockford, Ada and Forest Hills, may need an extra gutter cleaning.
Are you insured?
Yes. Premo’s Exterior Cleaning is fully insured, and we can send a certificate of insurance on request.
